Delete your account

You can delete your BiteBetter account and its data at any time, with or without the app installed.

In the app (instant)

1. Open BiteBetter and tap your avatar (top right of the Today tab).
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately.

If you signed in with Apple or Google a while ago, the app may ask you to sign in again first — that's a security requirement before an account can be destroyed.

Without the app (email)

Email hs913271@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my BiteBetter account”, from the email address you signed in with (or include it in the message). We verify and delete within 30 days, and confirm by reply.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, age, gender, height, weight, goal, food preferences, health notes)
• All meal logs, analyses, scores, and progress history
• Your account identifier and sign-in linkage

What may be retained

• Subscription records: purchase history lives with Apple / Google Play and RevenueCat and follows their retention rules (we can't delete a store's own payment records). An active subscription must be cancelled in your store account settings — deleting the account does not cancel billing.
• Usage analytics: Microsoft Clarity session data is retained per Microsoft's schedule and is not tied to your name or email.
